The GreenArmBandits Ride with George Hincapie

On a special occasion the Green Arm Bandits and a few friends went out for a ride with George Hincapie.

Have you every awakened from a dream and wished the events were reality? Well... recently one of my dreams came true.

My wife, Kristin, and I had been planning my 40th birthday for a while. She advised me that we would be having an open house at our home the night before the celebration as a low key way to kick off the weekend. When my GAB mates started to file in, along with a few other cycling friends, I was looking forward to a nice evening. Then, my best friend Sonny and a ring at the door. In stepped a tall dark featured slim fellow in European dress with a smirk on his face.

Kreb Friday Night 8/19

Kris, Chris and I showed up for the second to last Friday night race of the year. A good group turned out with lots of fast guys to keep everyone honest.

Tour of the Catskills

Percy participated into the Tour of the Catskills 3 day stage race.

I took a good number of photos after my race was done each day, click the thumbs on left for more. Enjoy those -- let me know if you like to get full access to original images -- find/contact me via FB to get your access, seams about everyone is there!

Stage 1:
Friday afternoon the prologue in form of a individual time trial started the race stage one. I felt in good and strong condition, even not having done much TTing at all this season. Put a little extra thoughts into optimizing the bike setup and taking full advantage of my latest toy, a power tap....[click read more]

Kissena State Track Championships

Kissena Gold

I've been looking forward to Track States all year. Last year I was left with a bad taste in my mouth after posting a mediocre flying 200m time and not even being able to help my teammate Mark in the omnium. This year I was in much better shape as well as having all the events on one day instead of two.

1st place kreb friday night ttt

3 team members Chris Schwenker, Karl Nelson and Mike Innusa competed in the Kreb Friday Night TTT 7/22...outside temp high 90's with road temp >100F. Most of the local competition was there with some heavy guns participating. The team started strongly trading fast pulls and rotating smoothly. Chris kept Karl and Mike fresh for 4 laps giving it hell, then dropped off a bit...but it was enough to launch us for the win!
