How to become a member

Becoming a GAB team-mate is by invitation and a group decision. We look for a strong fit and annual commitment that closely matches the team fitness, skill level, character and willingness to travel to races and follow through on team race tactics. Please read our Mission Statement and Standards and Expectations for further insight. To be clear, becoming an East End Cycling Team member Cat 4 road rider is not an automatic inclusion to the GAB racing team.

Lastly, the evaluation of any new team-mate is typically done in our off season between October and January. However, I am glad to discuss any race team questions you may have.
