Lets do this again!!

Getting up today I was all set to hit the road, but after considering the fun I had yesterday I decided to grab my mountain bike again and head back to Shorham North for round II. Nothing exciting to really write about, the ride was uneventful..which is good. I rode for 1:30 , I pushed hard but clearly the legs had alittle less gas in the tanks today. By no means was this recovery ride, I kept myself in or near the red zone for most of the ride. Basically I tried to go easy for about 15 minutes , I then rode as hard as I could for the next hour and followed with a 15 minutes cool down.

You see, not one mention of the weather.
