And I'm not talking about some late night production here, I am talking about the weather!

Man Up...Son!!

Had a great day yesterday. As usual ,I was off from work at Otis Ford and had my usual plans laid out. This Thursday presented no problems with conflicting task of any kind. So my day starts with me and my son Justin( 2yrs) partaking in our normal routine. We eat some breakfast, we read the paper together, tighten up the house and then head out to 7-11 for some Coffee and Choclate milk.

What a Shock

Well I just read my latest issue of Bicycling Magazine and apparantly if you were to ride 5 days a week, throw in some structured hard efforts and periods of rest you will be able to ride faster. Why didn't I think of that myself. I just thought, if you rode around aimlessly that be enough. They also laid out some nutritional guidlines...and you guessed it, Oreo's are not recomended anywhere.

Good Reading.

Well this morning I hit my P.O.Box like I do every other day.Today however, while I am taking out one Utility Bill after another, I come accross my March episode of Bicycling Magazine, and then Excel Sports Catalog and lastly the Performance Bike Clearance edition. Talk about hitting the trifecta. I guess that will be my reading during lunch.

Can it get any Colder?

Well I finally returned home from my "Guys Ski Trip" and let me tell you this...it was way too cold. Temperatures were consistantly around -10 degrees or lower, with Crazy Strong Winds. As I have stated before, I normally do not let the weather keep me from riding or in this case skiing.
