Well, I haven't had much time lately to contribute anything worthwhile. I mean, with the whole Toyota fiasco, Ford Motor Co. has taken over the overall top spot in retail sales once again. So, needless to say, I have been busier at work latley and that's a good thing. Got to say, I am happy to see the shine come off Toyota Co. .

Last minute decision this morning, noticed some sun, looking good. Hurrying up and to get on this bike and let that darn car sitting home and commute to work. Felt good, one day rest after intense Trevor clinic RRL... Well, carefully rolled out of my hilly neighborhood, very dirty and sandy roads.

58km, little over 1h35...... Road Ride Lunch with Trevor and Ed. Nice day, guess right now can not ask for any better. Some where at 40F. Kind of tough to jump back into that as first ride on roads, what was nice so, in a while.

I always loved that Aerosmith song...Back in the Saddle again! Thats a great song, You know I bought an Aerosmith Album that had that song on it. I think I purchased in 1980 or so....The Album was Aerosmiths' Greatest Hits!! I guess they thought they were pretty much done when they released their Greatest Hits Album.

I am still digging these Olympics!!

Have to say I have really gotten into the 2010 Olympis this time. Couple observations;

Shawn White is a God!! Watching him flying out of that half pipe is just ridiculous. He his a Man among Boys in that competition.
