Well, anyone that has read this blog knows about my re-entry to this sport. Looking back at my riding bible, I officially stopped training in June of 2009 , I still rode, but it was without purpose or direction. I must say, looking back, that was some of most enjoyable riding I did. Just cruising along, maybe hit some trails and just ride. Good times.
Thats right...we do this for fun!
You know, I get up today and obviously it is beautiful out. There's nothing guite as refreshing as the emrgence of spring weather. I have always found the initial stages of spring to rank in the top 10 days of all year.
I think it was 1983, I was stationed in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. I was assigned to the 82nd Airborne division. Back then there was no CNN, Fox New's chanel and MTV played Music Video's.
After writing yesterday's tale of the "rites of passage" , it got me thinking into my own entry to this sport. It brought me back to 'Day 1' of my new found sport.
What to do?
